Hello, I’m James and I absolutely love fixing things. As the co-founder of Fixperts and Sugru it’s fair to say that fixing is in my bones.

Fixing for strangers began one day when I found a broken bin on the street. What started as an innocent fix grew into a framework for thinking and problem solving.

The thing is, I’m drawn to the tiny inconsequential minute of our everyday. Broken stuff is all around us and once I spot something, I get drawn into a rabbit hole of discovery as I explore the bigger picture hidden behind what is often a deceptively innocent problem.
